Ken Wolf, Chairman
Ken retired from ConocoPhillips in 2003 after working in pipeline and terminal operations for over 33 years. He became involved with prison ministry by serving on Kolbe Retreats in the Estelle and Walls Units of the TDCJ System as well as doing monthly visits to these units, assisting the men in their spiritual growth. He also serves as a Director for Municipal Utility District 98. Ken and his wife enjoy travelling and are avid golfers.
Steve Sigloch, Co - Vice Chairman
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

Steve is the president of Grocery Services, Inc., an organization that contracts with the State of Texas to vend Federal WIC (Women/Infants/Children) nutrition programs. Prior to coming to Grocery Services Inc, Steve served in the United States Army for over 21 years as a combat engineer. He had multiple deployments to Kosovo and Iraq. His last assignment in the Army he was the Professor of Military Science at the University of Memphis. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, Steve and his family moved back to Houston, Texas.
Jennifer Harting, Co - Vice Chairman
Jennifer Harting works for Woodforest National Bank, and joined our Board of Directors in May 2020. She has been with Woodforest since 2004, and she has 16 years of experience in the banking industry. She is also a loving wife and mother of two.
Steve Szymczak
Steve and his wife, Tricia, are the parents of six children and, soon to be, twelve grandchildren. They have lived in Spring, TX since 1994.

Steve is retired from the oil and gas industry. He served 15 years as a trustee for the Klein ISD. Presently Steve spends his time as a CASA volunteer in Montgomery County, with the Hope Center in Spring, a mentor through the archdiocese Special Youth Services at the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, a mentor for students in KISD as well as a hospital visitor with the Catholic Chaplain Corps.

He serves on the board for the Kohrville Community Amos Cemetery Association. He also is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 14512 at St. Edward parish in Spring.
Michael Freeman
Michael met his wife as undergraduates at the University of St. Thomas, and they have been married for 46 years and were blessed with one son. He retired from Houston Independent School District. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Sean Ashley House.

Mike and Dora made their permanent profession into the Secular Franciscan order in January 2010. He is active in St. Maximilian Kolbe Fraternity here in Houston where he has served as Minister, Secretary, and Councilor. Mike serves on the St. Joan Of Arc Region Executive Council as J.P.I.C. animator and treasurer and is a member of the Accessibility committee at the National level.

Mike is a member of St. Jerome’s Catholic Community in Houston, where he is a sacristan, lector, Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, and on the R.C.I.A. team. He has been on the parish council and was active in the Knights of Columbus Council 4550.
​
Mike has been involved with Correctional Ministries since 2010. He is also involved with the Ignatian Spirituality Project, and is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Sons of the American Legion, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
